Salmon patty, Macaroni with English Peas, and Sliced Peaches
Cook 1 cup macaroni with 2 cups liquid in slow cooker (about 20 min. on high)
Add 1/2 can English peas during last half of cooking period
Mix
1 can salmon, drained
1/2 can english peas, drained
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 or 2 green onions
1/4 chopped bell pepper
1 egg, beaten
Mix thoroughly and form into patties
In bowl, combine
flour and crushed whole wheat cereal
Dip patties and cover both sides with flour/cereal mixture
Place on drip rack in Nuwave Oven (can be done in conventional oven)
Bake 8 minutes, flip patties over and bake about 5-6 more minutes.
Open canned of sliced peaches, drain, add about 1/2 cup to plate with your patty and macaroni. See Photos. Enjoy! I know this should be healthy. Added no oil except a small bit of spray olive oil to coat drip pan.
